Business Visitors
In the endeavour to make India MRO - Aerospace & Defence a true business event, special efforts will be made to attract business visitors to the Tradeshow with a multi-pronged approach. Each Exhibitor will be given sufficient number of Business Visitor Passes. Exhibitors used these passes to invite their Clients, Associates and other Stakeholders to visit the expo. Business Visitor Passes will be mailed to an extensive Database of over 10,000 along with Web Promotion. Provision for Free Business Visitor Registrations and passes were made online. Exclusive Business Visiting Hours will be allocated for B2B interactions.

Media Campaign
Our Media campaign will be comprehensive with tie-ups with all major aerospace publications carrying periodic advertisements so that everyone in the aerospace fraternity will be fully aware of India MRO - Aerospace & Defence. Advertisements will also be placed in major magazines to extensively promote the tradeshow.

Conference Delegates
Delegates at the Conference will form the core audience at the Tradeshow. Every effort will be made to ensure their visit to the Tradeshow like Networking Coffee breaks @ Tradeshow along with dedicated Exhibition Interaction Session. This creates ample opportunity for the conference delegates to network with the exhibitors. These efforts will ensure the visits of business delegates to the Tradeshow creating a Business Bridge that would facilitate interactions between exhibitors and delegates.
